I think part of the brilliance in the song is that when the instruments go way up and nuts, his voice remains the same. It stays at the same level and mellowness. But it is wonderful when he does let his voice entirely out in the bridge you are talking about. Total timeless classic. A must-react to tune.
The singer-songwriter here, Thom Yorke, has said that this song is autobiographical -- he had a mad crush on a popular person during high school but was afraid to approach and instead tried to "accidentally" run into her to the point of following her around.
So should react to more Radiohead. If you want rock, I’d recommend Paranoid Android or My Iron Lung, the song Thom wrote about Creep and how he felt restricted because of its success. If you want something more calm, try No Surprises, Let down, Fake plastic trees, and the tourist
You may consider to watch Haley Reinhart with Postmodern Jukebox’s cover of Creep. I like Thom’s version. His is more of a lament while Haley’s is more of passion. JMHO
Definitely a weirdo - but in a good way. This particular song is one of their more mainstream songs. You should check some of their more unconventional songs that have a cult following. *Pyramid Song* might be a great one to check out. It's different to anything you would hear other than another Radiohead song.
Please if you like this you should react to the band The Warning's cover of it. It's actually just their drummer Paulina singing it while playing piano recorded with her phone but it's the best cover of creep there is!

They are 3 sisters from Mexico who are unbelievably great live performers. Most reaction videos to them blow up because the fan base "The Warning Army" are very active on RU-vid.
