I had 3 IVF cycles last year as a 36 yr. Old. All my embryos in all three cycles arreested before day 3. Our embryos only made it to a two cell. Any thoughts?

You are young and your AMH will improve. You have been through a lot in the last few months. Give your body some time. It is too soon to consider donor eggs.
I tried every supplement to improve quality and spent an absolute fortune. it made absolutely no difference in the quality. In the end , it was just pure luck our 3cc embryo took this time. Its a roll of the dice

How often should you have your hormones checked? I had amh, fsh, lh, testerone all normal. But im afraid something off with my hormones because my menstrual flow is getting lighter. Im 36yrs old. And i only bleed for 2 days then brown spotting 3rd day. Im also worried endometrium is to thin. 3 monts ago i had an sonohystegram and the limning was 6.5mm.
