I figuratively drew a line that i would not allow others to cross in how they treated me, and then my STBX would cross it, and I wanted so badly to feel loved, that I would move the line. This happened so many times. Eventually I became so ashamed of who I was being inside of this relationship - that is when the depression really took hold me. And having the courage to say ‘No More’ was so damned hard, and still is… I hope I can find my voice. ❤ thank you Sven for making your channel and sharing your light
Wow, you are So very spot-on, Sven. And yes, I grew up in that toxicity. But trauma therapy, after 3 years has healed most of my s***. So, in my most recent relationshit when I saw the extreme taker come out, and it didn't feel good; when it felt Really bad, I ran. And ran far away.

I knew him for 4 yrs, liked him for 3 and was in a relationship for 6mths. No idea what was behind the mask. 🤯 It made me so unwell it triggered a relapse of adrenal fatigue! 😳 It sucks the life out of you literally. I was thinking about how I got sucked in AGAIN and my radar is so off kilter how would I spot a Narc so it doesn't happen again??? You have answered that so clearly.
