I absolutely love this ! Turned all my emotions into myself! Got my dream job/career, moved into an amazing new place, bought a new car, working out helps a ton(boosts confidence), learned to cook, saving a ton, and going back to school to acquire additional certificates/degrees. Best thing you can do is give it time, and in that time love yourself and work on yourself, you will eventually get to a point where it does not bother you!!! P.S. Coming back after over 8 months, just know I was in that dark hole with no idea of what to do for a month straight. I Cried myself to sleep every night for the first month, but after 8 months of working on myself I can promise you it does get better!!

Great advice. I am in a different position. I was obsessed because of trauma bonding with a narcissist who had gone no contact on me longer ago than I am prepared to say. I was the one that was messaging but watching your videos and losing a colleague to coronavirus helped me to come to the conclusion that today is a good day for a fresh start. No more messaging. I honestly no longer have a need for my ex anymore, i only watch your videos because they really help me out and put everything into perspective. And the need for her has only dissipated more due to realizing that she went back to her ex before me.

Thanks for giving me the right mind set to keep the no contact going. You made me realize that if he doesn’t come back he never loved me so I have to wait for him to come back. He had already been taking me for granted and contacting him again would only reinforce that.

Great advice, you're the only one stopping me from contacting her again. Been doing NC for just over a week, I do feel down some days but soon as I see myself falling back into a pattern. I come on here and listen again. I believe now that I've got the strength 💪 I used to attempt NC, but after one day she would contact me again just to start another argument, which didn't make sense because she broke up with me? I like Coach Lee's no bullshit style of saying things. "They broke up with you because they've lost an emotional attraction to you, they feel they are better than you and can do better than you." I was like, shit, Lee isn't sugar coating this stuff. Lee said your ex had been thinking or may have been even planning this break up a long time. Today I spent the day just thinking back and realized it was 8 months ago my ex began to pull away from me. We lost our intimacy, we began to lose our connection. I realized I have taken my ex for granted and forgot to develop our love. Hard to think about. I am angry she didn't sit me down and tell me, "Hey, you need to change or I am walking out" Rather, she just up and walked out. Its been 5 days and I have been doing the NC and listening to Lee tell it like it is. I feel stronger already. We both took each other for granted. Don't do it if you still have that person in your life.

I am so so so happy I ran across coach Lee! I was in a relationship for 2.5 years, my bf said we needed to take a break. Of course I was blindsided by this but I just said ok and left. BTW, we lived separately I would stay with him on weekends because of work. Anyway, I immediately listen to you speak of No Contact Rule and put it in motion. I have an entire list just for Coach Lee. His teachings and methods work, but also during the no contact period also helps you heal and actually choose if you want the relationship back, once they once they inevitably contact you, and they will. And it's usually around the time you feel better and accept the break up and start to move on. Coach Lee is a God Send!!

Awesome videos! I am still in NO CONTACT and it is been a month. She texted her and there but I do not understand indirect gesture. I came to a point where I realized I don’t have time for manipulation and games so I came to a point where I no longer desire my EX because i begin to believe - whatever happened, happened for the best reason and wouldn’t have happened in other way. So, I blocked her everywhere because that is exactly what she did when I begged and pleaded.
