My sister broke her arm like this when she was 9ish, and I was 17. My Mom worked nights as a nurse, and wasn’t home. I was so panicked at the state of her arm that I almost rushed her to the hospital without my Dad. Not once did videoing it ever cross my mind, or even taking pictures. My first concern was my sister. It’s disgusting what these so called parents do to their children.

We were in a car accident. There were signs in the ER that said not to record. I told my daughter that was for influencers.

My 5 year old about a month ago fell off a chair and had to get staples in her head. It was so traumatic and scary for her and I that I COULD NOT imagine filming her, let alone for millions of strangers to see!? 🤯 what is wrong with these people??

I'm so floored that I dislocated my arm as a kid and the hospital screened my mom for child abuse (apparently that's a common injury from it) but these parents come in with their kids' arm smashed to hell and a camera trained on it, but nobody screens them?! They're just allowed all this with nobody batting an eye?! Times have changed for the worse...

In our hospitals in the rooms it has a sign that says “no filming” literally. This should not be allowed, because of other patients being in the background you never know if you cut out the backgrounds perfectly, and hippa is a thing. How is it even allowed?!

I was at the beach last weekend and saw an influencer in the wild! It blew my mind that they were filming their kids in bathing suits. Instead of enjoying the time with their kids, playing on the beach, they were filming everything. I couldn’t imagine doing that to my kids.

I’m an ER nurse… No videos in our ER. Some people take a picture of a wound or something. But absolutely refuse to allow videos while staff in room.

If this was me, working in an urgent care, they are absolutely not allowed to film inside. Not to mention showing the computer where protected health information is located. If this was me, I'm asking as politely as possible to turn the camera off. And if they don't want to comply or hide the phone and film, then security is getting called. The utter disrespect for their child's privacy and other ppl in the ER....nauseating.

I took my son to lagoon, which is a amusement park in Utah. We went on the teacups and there was a guy on them that I assume is his daughter. He had a gopro strapped to his wrist and held his arm up in her face the entire ride! Instead of enjoying the ride and time with his kid he looked at the camera the entire time to make sure it was recording her.

My son broke his arm like this girl did. He was in shock. I freaked out, my best friend stayed with me and my husband rushed him to the hospital. He was pulled over and the cop saw my sons arm and gave my husband an escort in. He was in surgery immediately. Nobody was recording or taking pictures. This family is BS. And yes, mormon, of course. Oh shit, wait, this is the hospital we go to. Hahaha!!! Of geez. We must be neighbors. Fun. Not! Oh, and they recorded his father's funeral. He died from a stroke. Disgusting. Anything to pay for the mansion house.

My sons pediatrician does not allow filming inside the offices. That’s how any medical establishment should be.

These people just continue to get worse and worse, it’s just gross.

I can not fathom how a parent could film their child in a situation like this! Filming would be the furthest thing from my mind if one of my kids got hurt. I can’t imagine how these children feel.

They literally did exactly what you said. 1 minute ago they released a video called “Adjusting to life with a broken arm” Our daughter broke her arm bad and the last thought in my head was my phone. I picked her up and ran to the van strapped her up and we rushed her to the e.r. No part of that process did I think to film. In that moment she was all that matters. So sad for that baby girl that she doesn’t get her parents full attention and love. It’s all for show. 😞

My daughter has special needs. We’ve spent two and a half years of her life living in hospital. She’s had 127 trips to theatre. My husband took about ten photos of her in hospital after some of her surgeries. I had to put them in a separate album because I couldn’t bear to see them in with the normal, happy family photos. It’s a devastating time when your child is hurting. My daughter’s 26 now and I still can’t look at those photos from 25 years ago. What are these people thinking!? 😢

The worst injury any of my kids have had is my oldest son. It was the day before his 2nd birthday. He took off running through the yard slammed face first into a metal water thing coming out of the ground. He busted out his front tooth. There was so much blood he was shaking uncontrollably and so was I. My husband was the only calm one. It was sooo traumatic for him and I at the time. I cannot imagine grabbing a camera. I wasn’t even truly thinking rationally I was so upset. All that over a tooth I can’t imagine a broken bone and grabbing a camera. I cannot being to understand this.

It’s wild because I used to occasionally watch their channel years ago. Like pre ace family. Up until one time their child got injured and the mom took him to the hospital, recording the entire time. Then it flipped to the dad recording on his way. But then even worse they both greeting eachother in the parking lot and you could see the footage of the mom holding the camera out in front of her and it gave me the biggest ICK ever. In the moment my child is in the hospital, i cannot imagine ever pulling out a camera and recording myself or them. 100% focus is on my child’s health. Haven’t watched since.

This family just built this $3 million dollar house, that took 18 months to build, (all boring content) the wife just got a $100,000 Ford expedition Max platinum that wasn't good enough as is and needed a few improvements. They go on vacation after vacation after vacation. Kids get taken out of school all the time. They have been on more vacations in a year than most people have in a lifetime. They are, "Latter Day Saints". And are constantly buying things. I am looking forward to seeing what you have to say about them in the future. Neither of them work. And I 100% agree, I cannot stand all the choppiness of their editing.

When my son was about 2, the “after hours” doctor sent us to Vanderbilt ER urgently because they were very concerned about leukemia (that was fortunately NOT the case) and I didn’t think about my phone, my daily meds, my charger, nothing… I rushed him there and was nearly about to pass out attempting to hold him down with several nurses to get an IV in him. It was so traumatic, as ridiculous as that may sound. I’m so glad he was too little to remember… but my heart felt like it was going to be ripped out of my chest piece by piece the entire time he was screaming for me to help him and not let them put the IV in. I still feel my chest tighten up thinking about it. Not one freaking time did I even think about my phone. As a normal parent, you don’t think about yourself or phone, social media, food, exhaustion, NOTHING. These family influencers are absolutely disgusting.

I had to have an abscess drained once and went to the emergency room. I asked the nurse if anyone ever filmed things like that, and I was told verbatim: “ we don’t allow filming in this department, ever.” Why aren’t more hospitals like that?

Hi, josh. No, my husband stayed home with our 5 year old. Our 2 year old was just diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He did go when she was diagnosed so he could learn how to care for her. But this past weekend she was admitted due to a double ear infection leading to dka and dehydration, he stayed home! It was fine, she needed rest and an iv! Which she got! This is bizarre for a dad to be going and filming all this all the time. It’s creepy actually

This is a super twisted thought but if you’re in a family where your parents are only attentive while filming and especially if you’re hurt and filming that’s a strong incentive for the kids to act reckless. They are rewarded with affection and comfort…

my son broke his wrist last year and it was so traumatic, i can't even IMAGINE putting a camera on the poor kid. he was in my arms the whole time and he's 11. these people are insane. it is the WORST feeling as a parent when your kid is hurting and you can't take it away.

His brother, Justin Bingham is actually worse. His channel is Our Life In Holland. The twin son has epilepsy and has seizures quite often. While they don't film him in the middle of one, they do after. The younger Bingham brother Jared, also has a channel. It's like a morman MLM of child exploitation.

I watched this family for a week and it was full of what they had brought, house updates and kids being ill 😢

I was terrified as a kid because my best friend at daycare broke her arm the same way. We were doing cartwheels in the park near where our day care was.

As an Rn for almost 30 years this vlogging visits is all new to me. Patients would sometimes want to record a convo to remember or FaceTime nowadays so family can be conferenced in for discussions. If someone tried to record any other time or vlog anything I would respectfully tell them not ask them to stop recording and put camera or phone away.

I’ve been an X-Ray Technologist for 30 years. Never have I allowed a camera or cell phone to be used while I was doing my job. There is no time for fussing and getting this angle for this social media platform. If anything it’s a Huge distraction and possibly a hinderance. One parent only please with the pediatric patient.

And yet there is some hospitals that “normal” people can’t even take pictures/videos of their births. But given the right area/state they can record their children in obvious pain 🤦‍♀️

The knives,my knives was the knife set that my dad and step mom bought in 2000 when they were starting over....I (my partner) sharpens them and they're live brand new,minus a few missing dots on the handles 😂 but they still work and cut like new 🤷🏽‍♀️

Wow, I could have made a fortune when my son was bitten by a brown recluse spider and almost lost his leg. The thing is I never once thought to film it. In fact I have one pic of his leg where the bite was. I couldn't imagine thinking about the cash cow first before my son's health.

The Childrens hospital I take my kids too has a sign in the rooms that says no filming and no cellphones when speaking to the doctor. Every hospital should have something like that. I'm sure it doesn't stop people from sneaking around and doing it anyway, but the rule is enforced if you are caught.

I am a nurse. We never allowed video taping in the er. It was too big a liability. I wonder how they get away with it?

As a nurse, I’ve had people film me and I have to ask them to stop. We don’t want filming as it could violate HIPPA or the nurses rights! You just have to enforce it, and with the way some people act, it’s not a fight some nurses want to battle.

The triage nurse had her screen up with personal medical information who knows if it is even for their child. The nurse could have someone else’s record up and they filmed it!! I would be livid if I was filmed or my personal information was captured on someone else’s social media platform

As a parent of a child that broke their arm and had it casted at the children’s hospital. The nurse that casted asked me if I was taking any pictures because my cellphone was in my back pocket. I said no I don’t take pictures of my kid in medical situation and explained my phone was just in my pocket. The nurse stated that you wouldn’t believe what parents/guardians attempt to film and it is a serious issue for number of reasons. A few she mentioned was the medical staffs privacy, parent/guardian so focused on filming and not comforting the child. I’m not a medical professional. I will say from experience that they do not approve of this filming.

Their children look so happy though and Branden Bingham is such a big kid, he’s honestly such a joy to watch. They are enjoying their lives and love being together as a family. I’m just happy they vlog their experiences because most of us aspire to have lives like theirs. Unlike how reality tv sensationalises drama and conflict. Watching the Binghams brings back that 90’s family sitcom nostalgia where you just get lost in the entertainment and wholesomeness.

My kid had a jaw realignment surgery on both jaws for braces. And once my son dislocated his arm. One twin needed stitches. Thats it by us, 4 kids in 19 years.

I know one of my children broke their arm from a cartwheel while at school..no where near that bad…shoot after the nurse looked her over said she was ok and she went back to class. The only reason I decided to take her to the doctor was because the more she moved her arm the less she was able to move it. No cast needed, just a sling kids heal pretty fast. Worse part setting it back. But of course no way I would have recorded that. I was in the moment with my child and that’s how it’s suppose to be

My baby girl got stitches when she was only 1.5 yr.. taking a picture wasnt even in the realm of possible things I couldve done in that moment. My kid being hurt basically made me feel as a mom that my world is ending. All you do is attend to them and make sure they are better period. Why the hell would I EVER WANT A PICTURE LET ALONE A VIDEO to remind me of that hurt my baby went through? I had to watch the recording from my house cameras to se how the hell this went down while I was at work and I had a VICERAL REACTION at seeing her fall off the couch while the babysitter talked on her phone🤬 so just the fact that they even have a camera in their hand is sick and unhealthy and NOT considered normal! Imagine the kid, how they have to look up at some screen to see their parents face when they are going through a scary moment WTF!

They are Mormons from Utah like every other vlogger family. Their kids don’t look malnourished, but I’m sure their bones are weak from never eating fruits or veggies. They eat terrible, and Mindy straight up says she doesn’t buy veggies because she hates them. They consider a “healthy” lunch to be white bread with heavily processed peanut butter and Nutella. They eat so much sugar, it’s crazy! And don’t even get me started on the amount of pop they drink, it’s horrifying. In general Mormons drink a dangerously unhealthy amount of pop, but the Binghams take pop drinking to another level. Also they get new clothes ALL THE TIME. Seriously, entire new wardrobes every couple months, and always a new pile of clothes before every vacation. Mindy says they are always outgrowing their clothes, but in reality she buys them clothes that barely fit them at the time of purchase, so their new clothes are too small after a week. Instead of buying a size up so there is growing room like what a normal parent would do. The kids have become so materialistic, they collect Nike Jordon shoes and if they get one crease in their shoe they freak out. And they film at their kids’ school and don’t blur out the other kids or the school name or logo.

My husband broke his foot a few days ago. My first reaction was to cry like a baby. Breaks my heart to see him like that and I sure don't want pictures or videos of him looking like that. I don't have kids but I'm an older sister. Every single time we went to an hospital it was the end of the world to me. There is no version of reality were acting like this is ok or normal. Family vloggers are wired diferently for sure.

It is posted in every single hospital I have been in has signs up that say "absolutely no photos or filming allowed in patient areas" this same thing is posted in most doctors offices also, so which ever hospital this is, if they are informed that this happened, the nurses and staff that allowed it will be reprimanded.
