Hey can develop a 3d movie maker like game with unreal engine I think it'll be awesome. And the car models could just drive no mental gymnastics like it cost you
I want to carry that on for other aspects as well, like making a "starter" armor that can be upgraded in different directions ( like making a stronger version of that armor that has lightning resistance or another one with fire resistance )
Yoooo dude, love the system and the camera movements are so good. Really like the 2-hand system because its pretty original and feels fresh, cant wait for more devlogs soon
Hey man like your videos, looking at the devlogs it looks like the 2 hotbar system is very convoluted and unintuitive. Maybe something like Minecraft's system would be better where you only have 1 hotbar and you can chose to equip an item into your offhand by pressing a keybind? Just a small idea, haven't tried playing it like this. Keep up the good work, both with the game and the videos!
thanks for the feedback :D. Yea I feel like that as well. Maybe I can add a setting where you can toggle it off and it becomes like minecraft or something like that. I still want to make it work due to dual wielding stuff though
hey men and my friend were looking into creating games and i was wondering if u went to school to learn how to do all this or u learned it all as u went ?
I didn’t look at any tutorials for this . Initially I wanted to tweak from a plug-in called “dynamic building system” or something like that which is now free on the marketplace . But after taking a look at it I thought it would take more trouble to change a bunch of stuff and it would just be easier to make a system that works for me from scratch
