When i bought the first pizza oven for my pizzeria the owners manual said that there's a piece of styrofoam below the biscotto, i spent like half an hour trying to remove the stone, tilting the 400 pound oven upside down to get the styrofoam out, turns out the manufacturer tricked me and there was no styrofoam

I read directions and I read the instructions and I also make sure that there's no styrofoam or packing material on any appliance that may have to get in temperature ranges hot enough to melt things or to cook things
