I followed you a few years ago, I’m happy to see your beautiful progress. I started in 2021 made a lot of money within that time period and had some failures along the way as well! Congratulations and even cooler to bring your family along with you. Are you buying assets now that you are cash flowing so positively? If not, why? And do you have numbers that support why you aren’t?

Thank you! Yes I have personally been buying CRE and other businesses over the years. The company has purchased some multifamily units but the vertical growth comes from leasing, purchasing the RE comes with its pros and cons, cons being slow acquisition time, large capital expense upfront, and constant maintenance/property tax expense.
