Since my Lesson with Dan, my driver has become a bit of a bad club for me, so join me as I try and fix it. Lee's Sponsors Seed Golf - seedgolf.com Twitter: / golf_whittaker instagram: / lee_whittaker_golf
Good stuff Lee I really hope your channel takes off for you pal I like the honesty and being humble about your game instead of bullshitting like most of them on you tube ! Keep going buddy THIS IS THE WAY ⛳️ 🏌️♂️
Really interesting watch Lee.... we've all been there. What is good to see is that you make a different mistake each time, that proves that you're working on things and trying something different at least.
Well done Lee! To your credit, you’ve got speed and distance! I struggle with trying to increase my AOA! Unfortunately for me, my driver swing speed is around 95 so I lose a ton of distance which is beyond frustrating!
I think the problem with trying to have everything neutral is if you are wrong with any parameter you are up for a two way miss. I think your best drives Lee will be with a 2 degree in to out path and slightly closed face. As you alternate option go 4 degrees out to in and hold off the clubface. The feels will be so different . Golf's a game of opposites....explore them. The straight drive is the hardest shot in the game. Play to your natural shape.
I struggle with driver also. Played a round at a new course. With driver, just aimed up the left for my push cut and didn't try to force it. Surprised to always have a look into greens. Shot 70 😮
I know you’ve probably done this, but curious how your swing path would be if you shifted your trail foot back a few inches to create a closed stance at address.
Lee put a box of 3 balls in front of ball it'll make you hit up you need a visual or something to miss...just a thought I'm not a pro 😂😂😂 I like a visual or a thing to assist me
When you place your right hand on the grip, you're leaning as far to the right as you need to. From the top of your backswing, TURN to begin your forward swing. Your Hands, arms and club HAVE to follow and your club path will be from the inside. 28 years as golf instructor and coach.
Daughter has developed a push fade with everything with an open face. I don’t want to go down the out to in swing path rabbit hole with her and just need some way to get her squaring the face. Ball position and distance from it are good, and her grip (linked) is strong. 🤔
Are your shoulders open at address?? Maybe your hips are in line with your intended path but guessing if the shoulders are open that's your out to in cut to the right
