Thank you. I attached mine to a pole in the basement using a Velcro strap, easy on, easy off, easy height adjustment, and no holes. I use 30 or 40 pound bands depending on what I'm doing. I'm a beginner, san-kyu, what strength bands to you recommend?
I use a 20lb band. Which I hate doing because in the set of bands it's the pink one. The one in the video I got from Mizuno Japan and it's blue but it's also a little heavier and not the one I used as an athlete.
The ones in the video I picked up from the Mizuno store in Japan. So there not something anyone can just pick up. But my bands before this were ones I just picked up from Dick Sporting goods for like $12.
