Im 36+ going to be 37 and my weight is 59kg. What I did cut all carbs, sugar ,deep fries, diary, junk food. Women should always concentrate on more protein intake on a diet plan. Otherwise there will be issues. Drink glass of water in the morning. After 1/2 hr break, have bed tea only 1/2 cup without sugar. I put few drops of kithul pani instead. After 2 hrs break breakfast (u can have Avacado toast with half fried egg or kadala, kawpie, Munata, etc ) After 2 hrs break snack ( fruit ) After 3 hrs break lunch ( little red rice with lot if vegies, fish or meat item) After 2 hrs break again snack( Some nuts as you said ) If you are hungry have dinner before 7.00 pm ( fish or chicken very low calorie meal) Drinking water is good but sometimes it might increase your body weight.
This kinda diet can help you lose weight in the short run but in order to lose weight in a healthy manner this routine is definitely not suitable you need to go on a calorie deficit and consume more proteins and fibres and a minimum amount of carbs as well also nothing comes easy in life please dont select the short cut because you cannot see long term healthly results losing weight is not a big deal the deal is are you losing it in a healthy manner or not.
