When it comes to oatmeal, people have different levels of insulin tolerance. Some people tolerate carbohydrates better in the morning, and have little or no glucose rash. Others are much more. Everyone is different. Some people have such a rapid metabolism early in the morning that carbohydrates in combination with nuts, nut butter etc proteins, which then of course makes the carbohydrates more digestible, that carbohydrates like in oatmeal do not bother them. Oatmeal is also a special feature, as the carbohydrates in oatmeal are complex carbohydrates, so good and therefore do not go directly into the blood but have to be processed. Oat also has a lot of protein and is one of the best carbohydrates. Our body needs carbohydrates for energy. Fruits are also just pure carbohydrates that are converted into sugar and thus into energy. Fruit also has a lot of fructose, which goes straight into the blood as sugar. This is why eating so much fruit is counterproductive for some people.

Yes! This would be a great video. I have thin hair that looks very greasy when I work out. Not wanting to wash my hair stops me from working out daily.
