In this video I show you how I practice TIG welding coped tube joints using laser cut tube sections.
I've found this to be a really fast and convenient way of preparing coped tube joints for welding and I've noticed a large improvement in my technique since practicing with these kits.
Here is some more info on the welder setup I use. The welder I'm using in this video is an R-Tech 170 Amp AC/DC TIG Welder. I use a foot pedal with 120A max current. I use a gas lens with a size 10 cup and a 2.4mm thoriated tungsten electrode.
