Hey Andrew, I really enjoy your channel and I can tell your an extremely disciplined and motivated person, as balancing a life of uploading videos, being a junior doctor, and taking care of heath along with things like social and mental wellbeing is incredibly difficult. I admire that. You truly do work hard and I can tell! I also see with this being about a year after starting your RU-vid that you want to keep your community growing and keep gain an extremely large following, I can make your goals happen! I am creating a startup group of RU-vid influencers who more than disciplined and want nothing more than the growth of their RU-vid channel. This group consists of influencers in the athlete/heath niche who meet weekly online over video chat to discuss each others analytics, give ideas, critique and improve videos, and learn from each others mistakes. This group will likely skyrocket the growth of your channel, as multiple minds working together are greater than 1. It is a small 1 hour commitment with massive amount of RU-vid knowledge in return! If you are interested, let me know and I would be honored if you would Like to Join this Start Up, If not good luck growing your channel, and view count, it will come brotha!!

Great effort on the 10k PB, especially on your own. I'm training for a 10k PB attempt in a few weeks and hoping to go sub-40 for the first time. Current PB set a year ago at 41:59.

Could you please share your weight lifting routine? Maybe a video at the gym showing what you do. I suppose that if you are only going two times per week you are doing full body workouts.

I rather enjoy your videos, but wondering why you don't lean into the fact you are a medic, and show that aspect of your life, to set you apart from the thousands of similar "hybrid training" videos.

Yes, like "life of a runner doctor". That kind of stuff would give you views.

A couple reasons really… mainly because at the time I started the channel I wasn’t enjoying my work and felt it would be inauthentic to present myself as a doctor/fitness enthusiast as wasn’t sure that’s where I wanted to be going forward. Thankfully in a more positive place regarding my career with a better work life balance so would be open to including this aspect of my life a bit more - honestly didn’t think it would be that interesting/relevant but as a small channel I suppose I always need to be looking for ways to separate myself from the crowd - out of interest what sort of content would you like to see in regards to being a medic..?

@@AndrewRussellFitness I don't think it would have to necessarily be detailing your job as a medic (unless you wanted to) , but a few glimpses of that part life would I reckon provide more interesting and original context and background than than the usual shots of making coffee etc which every RU-vidr does. People are endlessly fascinated by the medical profession

@@AndrewRussellFitness do you mind saying which one, in a broad sense obviously not giving too much away.

Sounds like your motivation could be improved by joining a local run club.

Aye cause white middle class westerners notoriously dominate distance running at the major championships right enough

Jeez, your bitterness is ugly. Stop hating on someone who has done literally *nothing* to you and sort your life out!
