You're a kind heart. Consider that it is not really depression so much as illusion - when we are floundering in illusion, we become 'depressed', because there is no love in illusion. Intending to 'escape depression' can lead to unnecessary shame as it internalizes the problem when truly it is external. The world is choking on illusion and most humans have forgotten what is real. We must turn our backs on illusion and perhaps suffer a drought of experience, before we finally break through to the light of what is real, and thus what is love.
I agree with you! It would take more than a 10 min video to break down depression in its entirety. My aim is to give practical tools that one could apply to transform their lives. Depression can be used as motivation to take action that will ultimately lead to the realization that we are love. 🙏🏽💜✨
@@zooweepapaa The words 'man' and 'woman' are only several thousand years old - they were made up, illusion. Words are illusion, therefore believing you are words is delusional. The world is 'depressed' because it suffers delusion. We are not words.
So glad you addressed this. Is it "mental illness" or the pain we may feel from waking up from The Matrix? Has the Matrix labelled those who are emerging from the dark cocoon as "damaged" in a last desperate attempt to stop their own demise?
@@blackthistlefarm2453 yea you are right i think becoming depressed upon waking up to the matrix is very natural and appropriate. Once that is integrated into our being we can move beyond that constricted feeling. Anyone moving into truth and freedom is going to be labeled as dangerous and damaged by society as an attempt to make them fall back into line until the collective frequency changes.
@@thinkingloud1988 i feel you. Ive been there as well. Have you ever tried breathwork? One hour of heavy breathing will break through the emotional walls that are up, thats how i was able to cry again 🙏🏽💜✨
This is so me right now, thanks for talking about it everyone treats you like a freak when you have trauma. which makes the feelings of loneliness and exclusion even worse. I have been struggling with pervasive suicidal thoughts for about a year now. I am trying to get better but the thoughts won't leave. I just want to feel safe and ok. I am going to try the gratitude practice.
Yes try the gratitude practice and use it throughout the day as needed! The feelings have something to teach us if we are open to learning the lesson. Things can improve 🙏🏽💜✨
I'm so with you on all of this. I am 46 and I had been running in survival mode since i was two years old until about two years ago. Now I'm in existential crisis mode., but with a great amount of synchronicities A definite improvement. Onward and upward. At the rate I'm going by 2027 I'll be a rock star.🤩
