How I Try to Live "Wholesomely" 

I’ve found it so hard to make friends with similar values and mindset as myself, especially the older I get. Love that traditionalism is coming back and I long for those genuine female friendships focused on building up and supporting each other.

"You are what you eat" isn't just about what we take into our physical bodies.

So glad you talked about removing vulgarity. I used to listen to a lot of rap music and I noticed a huge difference in myself when I deleted all of it off of my phone!

I always find myself yearning for a slow, peacful life somewhere in the countryside. And I want to have good relations with my neighbors, so we can become a little community. For example here in Hungary, it was a custom that the neighbors helped around the house when a woman gave birth, so she could give herself to her child entirely. And I know it's uncommon, but when my grandfather suddenly died a few years ago, our neighbors told us not to cook or do anything, and they brought us food for the day, so we could focus completely on the grief. It was so moving, and that's the kind of relationship I want to have with my future neighbors. Thank you for the video! :)

I like what you mention about stress. It seems like stress has a different effect on women. Not that men can't get to much and become unhealthy but I think men are built more so in mind and body for it and even crave it to a point i.e. challenging, high risk, high reward, high physical and mental output environments. Women seem to lose themselves when stressed i.e. lose a type of gentle, elegant grace about them and receptivity. Secretly I think we all crave for men and women to compliment and supply eachothers needs again.

Why I love watching little house on the priaire! Living my life vicariously through that! (Binge watching your videos hehe)

I love how women make community. They are always the ones who seem to deeply crave connection and build community support because of it. I only recently started working where there are women for the first time ever. They organize potlucks and sometimes come by my office to do cute things to show me they care like put a little seasonal sticker of a spring flower on my monitor. All this is new to me but I absolutely love it. I think this is something that has been removed from our local communities more than ever and I think this has hollowed out real communites outside of the workplace. It just feels stark and lifeless. Women breath life, warmth and connection into the social fabric. It's such a stark contrast on a societal scale though. There is collective demanding for provisions and infighting between men and women for resources and power. Maybe if we rebuilt our communities and a balance between men and women things could come together again. I just feel like strong local communites would serve what women have been clamoring for and feel that we've lost that. It's so palatable now adays. The collective relationship with men is badly damaged.

Can I like this video a million times??? I’ve always been pushed towards this fast paced driven motivated life style and all I’ve ever wanted was this “wholesome” life. I never knew how to put it into words. This is amazing.

I am so glad I found your channel, you speak the truth in such a direct yet mindful way. I subscribed after one video, one about being more feminine. I was not always like this, I grew up having to be tough and in a pretty vulgar environment. As I moved to a new country by myself and started solidifying my identity and who I am as a person and woman I became to value wholesomeness. I got married, and now strive to follow a pure life. I am loving the topics you are covering. I have been thinking of a lot of these issues lately and how the world is. I know a lot of people are thinking modesty, not being vulgar, homemaking etc is just people being close minded, naive, simple, or being stuck in the past. But it seems that maybe that way of thinking may be wrong, people now days aren't necessarily happier in general or as satisfied in life with just being. It is good to have goals and work towards them but now it is like there is a huge unbalance of things and nothing is good enough to be happy. There is always that well I can have or do this one more thing then I will have what I want but that cycle never seems to stop.
