Hey could you give us a post-game analysis on this business? It looks like it’s not around anymore (unless you changed the name/brand name). Even if it’s folded, it looks like you made an impressive amount of progress getting to where you did.

The machine he is using to portion the bars is a Vemag V500. If you're still interested, let me know what state you're in and I can put you in touch with the sales rep in your area.
@@karimaitoumlick3014 the type of packing machine is called a flow wrapper. Here's a link to one ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jxM6LaDHiAE.html
The main extruder & cutter (or guillotine) are Vemag Robot 500. You can find some used in the US. It's an amazing machine & extremely accurate. Next is a horizontal flow wrapper. The problem is to get machines synchronised together. Reiser in the US does that kind if work ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qAU23xZWtLk.html

Hey I have a question! How do you produce and sell your bars while using another brands protein powder? I'd like to start doing this myself but I don't understand how you can use another brands product in your bars.
This is really cool, no doubt - love the hands-on approach, and personal touch here.. I have to be honest that I am quite surprised however, that there are no real sterility measures in place - do the FDA regulations for these types of products really not require any type of hairnets, or garbing to prevent contamination from the operators? No preservatives is great as well, however it begs the question even further. Do these type of bars just have a short shelf-life assignment, and consumers assume the risk of contamination as part of the "hand-mixed, minimal-processing" manufacturing scheme?
