Guys, I want you to get rich and build wealth. It’s one of the most important things you can do for yourself and your family.

50 now, and everything is paid for. Fortunately, I had a college economics teacher who taught me a lesson when I was 18 years old. That lesson was: you can't buy something else for every purchase you make. Having multiple sources of income is prudent, as is living within your means. I have a 13-year-old vehicle because it is all I need, I like it, and I can do whatever I want with it. My net worth is $4 million, and I can pay my bills without stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.

The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.

Successful people don't become that way overnight. most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

money doesn't buy happiness, but it buys the way to it

At my lowest I was living in my car, I decided to be like jesus Gonzales and I started to fio I was hard on myself and decided that I was going to learn the money game so I found great books and podcasts. Now I'm driving poor people cars and living super modest and I'm stacking my bank acct spending money on nothing except assets . Slow and steady. Love the show btw.

I don't even need to be rich. I just need passive income of at least 5 to 10 thousand a month in passive income to survive as a single man.

It feels like everyone I meet is complacent with their standard of living, thinking it is okay to struggle because everyone they know is. How the hell do I build my circle for success?

I'm one of those guys who has (and still continues) to pull himself up from poverty. I wasn't given anything so I had to give myself everything if that makes sense!

All is well when the economy is good! But when the economy tanks renters stop paying and refuse to move😂 I remember looking at three family homes back in 2009 they couldn’t give them away! So many duplexes went into foreclosure! I remember seeing brand new buildings selling below builders cost! You know who didn’t lose there homes? The ones that had no mortgage😊

This is first time coming across your pod cast, great listen. I appreciate where you began in working multiple jobs and building business. That is exactly the where I am work 2 high paying jobs. I am about to release my an inspiration app to google and apple, first of several ideas. I am also a real estate investor and own a couple of multi-families. You talk about trading time for money, this year is dedicated to intentional actions. I have learned (failed) a lot in the last decade, this is the year I am putting everything I have learned into intentional action to build to solidify the multiple streams of income and stop trading my time for money. How much to be a client. I need to know what I need to change my monthly income goals to.

Been following your work since 2013, it's been transformational to say the least! Also, it's uncanny how many parallels there are. I was a PT trading all my time for money, I even branded myself 'the handyman of fitness' and I ended up getting paid like it, not much. When I first started making money I bought a Porsche and had to sell it 12 months later so I could pay staff. In 2022, I bought the exact same model and colour Porsche again. I even suffered massive anxiety due to my lack of not taking ownership and thought I was going to die with my physical symptoms. All of this I turned around and turning 42, I'm in the best shape of my life, my company has 100s of clients all over the world and we're tracking to do 2.5 million in revenues over the next 12 months. Most importantly though, I'm calm, happy and my girlfriend and I are moving to our dream place in Thailand in 3 weeks. Your work has been inspiring and I'll reach out properly soon to see how/when I can work with you or attend one of your programmes. Thanks for the inspo.

It all makes sense about renting out properties but what would you do when unemployment is high and real estates are at risk?
