I know it is not always easy to put these content together as you guys are not professional building contractors. I found it engaging and friendly, like I was having a conversation with friends. Only thing I would advise is maybe use your computer where you can calculate your expenses in excel etc. to follow. Also your USVI accent sounds like Guyanese creolese.😊 keep up the good work.💪🏼

Wow 5,000 usd for 4 plots is way cheaper than what some people are charging the diaspora near cape coast. Some builders are quoting 10,000 to 15,000 usd for 4 plots which is an insane price for a wall.

Sharing a wall with neighbor doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make it strong to avoid future collapse during torrential rain. I broke a shared wall because it was poorly constructed. To each their own.

I like your videos but this video I didn't enjoy it much. In as much as you guys are giving us such an inspiring and important information, your presentation was a bit difficult to follow ( little confusing). I think you can arrange who says what and when the other should come in to the conversation so that the interruption will be minimized.
