We have lobster for Christmas day. A fishmonger gave me great advice many years ago. Buy fresh lobster when they are cheaper and then freeze. I actually now go to Aldi and end of November they have frozen Canadian lobsters and Frozen Australian prawns for about $30...good buy. Last year friends insisted on buying prawns from Victoria Market and they were a bit dry and expensive. They all commented on my prawns and how good they were...where did I get them 😂.

I'm loving the new Blue kitchen, I always leave the protective plastic on as long as possible! Yes, cheap champagne is fine for toasts and after a few drinks nobody complains about it! You certainly are adventurous, fake Bailey's? The cheese platter sounds amazing! Where is the Cranberry sauce? It would be good to see this famous Potato Bake when its cooked!? Loved the video Ross,its your choice of course,but we would have a real turkey,not one out of a box,too many processed ingredients in it.I thought considering,the price of the food wasn't too bad.Loved your drinks haul prices as well.Considering how much booze you got,i thought it was cheap.As for Cherry Brandy,i like that one as well,i used to have the DeKyper one in the UK. As an Australian watching this with my teenager two things jumped out at us: 1. You poor darlings, no proper turkey, no decent ham leg, no t-bone? No pavlova? Trifle? Nothing to make big salads? Mangos? Cherries? Pawpaw? My kids would riot lol - felt a bit sorry for yous - Seems a bit scant 😮 2.
