Wow … that was a super detailed video , it is very clear and so simple , 250 ml of water every hour for 10 hours ( cold or hot / sip it or gulp it ) , after 5 pm to 7 pm - sip another 500 ml . 😎👍

Very informative video. At the age of 90 I realise now the big mistake I have been doing. Drinking water only when I feel thirsty. It is never too late.I will follow 2.5 ltr principle as far as I can implement. Thanks.

Dear Dr Pal, I have gilbert syndrome. I feel thirsty all time .. I drink a lot of water, even then , I have this strange sensation of feeling thirsty and I have to pass my urine frequently... Plz suggest

Hello Dr. Pal. Your videos have been such an inspiration. Thank you for making us aware about various health issues and ways to keep ourselves healthy. After watching your video I have started with intermittent fasting. But calculating and eating the required amount of protein, vitamins, carbs etc has been a big issue.... Recently came across the Herbal Life product s where they promise that the powder which has to be consumed, provides the requirements of all the nutrients. Request you to review the products and it's viability for fulfilling the requirement of nutrients. Thank you

Dr. Pal, I recently started following your RU-vid channel, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the valuable information you share and the time and effort you put into it. I have a few questions regarding a specific section. Is the recommended 2.4-litre water limit mentioned in relation to people who are undergoing weight loss training, or is it a general guideline since the topic is about water intake for weight loss? Until now, I believed that consuming 4 litres of water per day was the ideal amount, so I trained myself to drink that much. However, I've recently realized that I am exceeding 5 litres every day. Could this be a problem? Will it put a strain on my kidneys? Let me provide some context: I engage in a workout routine from 5:10 am to 7 am every day, and I consume 200ml of black coffee as a pre-workout, followed by a 200ml cappuccino at 10 am. Additionally, I take two scoops of whey protein, 400g of Chicken, and 10 eggs (only white). if I have not taken water for 1:30hr (500ml min) my urine colour change into light yellow and it's the temperature rising Thank you in advance for addressing my questions.

Namaste Please go to ur indigenous method of medical system studying something never is harmful but telling something with one particular system will make harm for not one but many Aayurveda says too cold or hot is harmful for the body being a doctor why can't research this n impart the right knowledge.

Very good video doctor. Iam 62 and following 12hrs of IMF slowly reducing weight. In our villages we used to follow this type of fasting that is eating food immediately after coming from school. Elders will eat after evening pooja(at 6pm )in temple . That practice is not there in cities n even forgotten in many villages. Thanks for bringing that one with scientific explanation. 🙏

Hi Dr. Pal, I happened to bump into your video on how eat the circadian rhythm method, i am very impressed and checked some of your videos which are very educative informative and simple. My biggest concern is, all your tips work well for a normal person who works 9 am to 6 pm shift, but what about people like me, who work in the night shift and our body clock has been messed up trying to be normal but fail miserably and wake up at 1 pm start the shift in the evening at US hours 6 pm IST, end the shift almost early hours at 4 am !!! How shd i calculate the 10 hour keeping in mind the body activities functioning bell curve method , please advise

Sir I have some doubts 1. Is it Mandatory not to drink water 1/2 hr. Before & After food. 2. Drinking Coffee as the first Meal of the Day after 1 hr. Of waking Affect us? 3. Drinking coffee/Tea immediately after B/F & Lunch induce Diabetes?

Doctor, I need to ask you about a different water. So many of my friends introduce theor children to champagne as soon as they turn 18, then drink on their graduation day, kudumbama drink vodka etc on their 21st bday... I don't understand... are they not scared of repercussions or is it ok, like how they say it is?!!

Dr. Pal I also heard that the one time absorption of water in our body is minimum 50ml to maximum 100ml. So is to OK to take 150 ml extra water in one time.

Thanks sir for such a nice explanation 🙏 I found 2 things contradictory to ayurveda As per ayurveda we should drink water when we are thirsty 2nd we should not drink water before our meals as water dilutes our stomach agni Please clarify my doubts 🙏

Hi Dr. Pal, you said that intermittent fasting can be done before sunrise and sunset right. How many hours it has to be and can i have food after sunset, i mean to say in a regular basis like 7:30 PM IST. bit confused actually 😅😅 Regards, John

Hi Dr.Pal, thanks a lot for information. I am trying fasting 13 hrs but feeling very thirsty every hour. I am drinking about 0.75 Ltr approx in evry 1 to1.5 hr if awake. Is it ok? Secondly, while checking your videos, i came accros a video of someone else regarding Dry Fasting. Can you please expalin regarding dry fasting in any of your coming video.

Thanks Dr. for the great information. You suggested to have/limit non-veg to onlt one meal for week. If we are confined to Veg for the rest of the week , Could you do a video on what kind of food one need to take for the rest of the week and still fulfill the Protein, Fiber, and Carbs requirement of the body? The reason behind this question is one of the nutritionist I met said it is difficult to fulfill the Protein, Fiber, and Carbs needs with Veg food. Thanks a lot for the help.
