What are your thoughts on getting lean at this age ? Should woman take a different approach ? Your videos are so incredibly helpful 🙏🥰
Thanks for the breakdown, Adam. I think you have an approach that makes sense. I’ve had wild swings in my weight all my life until I began lifting weights several years ago. can you also discuss women that are taller, I’m 5’9 and stuck at 158lbs. I used a dexa scan and I have anoutb 118lbs of muscle based on the dexa scan. when should I start a bikini prep. I’m a first time competitor
