Hello can you please make a video on a condition im currently in please? I always lived within the spiritual path, im currently 21 but when i was 17 i met this girl and i didnt love her, it felt wrong to be with her but i was being so needy that i wanted it to work out anyways, even tho it felt wrong to get intimate with her i was doing it reguardless and it actually got to the point were i couldnt feel anymore, as if my heart grew "hard" as they say in the religous perspective. But in religion, they say that a hard heart is basically the total opposite of what God actually wants for us, he wants us to have a soft heart that can feel emotions such as love and passion. But my heart feels hard and i cannot feel good emotions, as if my heart has flatlined. I try to meditate i try to feel good but i just cant. Can you please give a spiritual meaning to this feeling i have? I feel lost, i feel empty. And yes, i was also in a soul tie with this person. I just really need an answer to this feeling because its kinda eating me alive and im scared that its far more serious than i may think..

How do you select the cover pics for each video? I enjoy watching and learning from you, but I’m curious about the hand signs displayed by the model in this photo... looks like something I’ve seem in music videos and photos of celebrities - the ones that feed conspiracy theories. Since I began my spiritual journey, I haven’t felt connected with those forms of entertainment. I typically listen to your videos or turn on an audiobook, instead. I was just surprised to see something this ambiguous and distracting on your channel. I normally notice diversity, first (when it comes to the pics). Ok……everything I thought I knew instantly has fallen apart. I had a memory or a vision or a realization. I woke up and realized religion, government, wars…..isn’t real. I had a panic attack and tried talking to my wife about it. I actually REMEMBER and everything makes sense all of a sudden. The description says I can move through all 12 levels of whatever this is but I see it clearly in my HEART!!! I don’t know how to describe it and it sounds like aliens almost…..but I know where I’m from and Spirit Guides are REAL!! There’s is a different level of consciousness I’ve never experienced, heard about or understood. But I see it clearly inside of my heart and all I want to do is LOVE people and help people! I have a purpose, I feel it! I’m waiting for instructions from my new Spirit Guides and I’m journaling and I’m going to find my Starseed family or group or whatever my Pure Love Energy Life Force is from. @@timgega5930 if I may ... surrender simply means to acknowledge something is happening and choosing not to argue with it, run from it for attempts to change it. That, is surrender. I am so happy you brought up "Plant Teachers"... Shrooms is what started my dark night August 2021. I have been going through a spiritual awakening since 2019, but it didn't take off more until 2020, but August 2021 is when my purge caught up with me. That time of doing shrooms (and also cannabis) has helped me get off anti-depressants. My life has actually improved using these "Plant Teachers". Thank you for reinforcing my belief!

I did an energy healing last weekend and it was amazing, going through spiritual awakening and when she did it, she told me I was a shaman for many past lives in native America, Peru, Aztec, South America and she told me I was also a “witch” who burned at the Salem witch trials. She said I’m an empath and all my Clair abilities are there you just need to work on opening your third eye. It’s been a long journey for me...I’ll be doing past life regression therapy on 12/20, she said that’s going to be a strong energy day. Looking forward to it and on this journey to my awakening. ❤️🤗

@@MeeshaTeesha In the beginning of the covid “crisis” I also lost my father and had to bury him with all the NY covid restrictions ( 10 people limit, no church gathering allowed etc) My husband and I woke up at the same time🙏🏽 asking questions. Nothing seemed right or logical🤷🏽‍♀️. Now it has turned into a full blown SPIRITUAL AWAKENING for both of us. We are not alone and we are all connected 🔥💥🌏💫 Coming from a Christian belief system I’m now embracing everything that I was fearful of. No more fear! I’m so happy you spoke about plant medicine. Ayahuasca was how I started my healing first and then spiritual transformation too. It was the best thing that happened to me in my life (not easiest though!). How you speak about it resonates with me completely, after 4 ceremonies, I am now certain this plant is a portal into the other realm. As such, it merits complete reverence. I have used it with facilitators in a non-traditional setting and with a shaman in a traditional setting and the difference for me was profound. This plant is intended for ceremonial use, indigenous people have an ancestral connection with it which creates a safe container. But not every indigenous person is a wisdom keeper or a shaman, so use discernment when researching.

I am an empath and always been connected as I, light worker old soul. People don't want me they make me leave things and I as children open arms they use ego to stop me grow. They even did that with granddaughter also. They made me stay away from church and other spiritual people. My spiritual healing course after 18 months was stopped due to the ego of these people. I was convinced I could not tell which people I could be around. I still feel people's energy is not nice. I see them as frightening and I can't tell who is nice .. I thank you for getting my faith back in me. Because of you. I love drumming I am unable to meditate these days but I am sure through you. I can get back to my healing and spiritual self. Fear from early age. I now know that feeling and not got through the damage. I look at people and see that person is bad because they have eyes or chin or hair same as the person who abused me. It also happened as adult. So sex and intimacy is rape to me. So bad people are so many different levels. Good people friends turn thieves and steal from me. So my reasoning to be around people is those are not to be friends just a shop assistant a Dr a nurse etc. Help is appreciated. Love be xoxox # Christina Lopes

I just found you Christina, and along with Lorie Ladd I’m listening to no one else right now. Your video found me when I needed it most. Unfortunately, my soul chose many difficult experiences for this lifetime. I have at least seven major traumatic experiences (rejection and adopted as baby, death of parent as a child, death of a school friend, life changing accident (broken neck), sexual abuse in hospital, death of a soul mate, acrimonious divorce, & present partner is a narcissist). I’ve subconsciously suppressed all of them. For the last ten years I’ve been wracked with intense nerve pain. Now I’m working on releasing them all, as I’m sure the pain is caused by trapped emotion. I’ve been doing some of your suggestions already. following this video I’ve upgraded my 16” Remo drum to a 22” Remo! I can’t wait until it arrives as the sound is going to be AWESOME! It amazes me whilst making perfect sense that you are mentioning so much I have heard & learned this year: Wim Hoff was the first guide for controlling my breathing (along with my spiritual birth father), ayahuasca & plant medicine, mantras, and so on! I am so grateful for your guidance and I intend to practice breathing throughout my whole day, as well as positive intention remember the power I withhold. I also have a collection of nature’s gifts that I have wondered why I do this BuT that is making sense too! Following you & my intuition proves my true deep & inner being. Thank you I love you ✨

I really love your sense for smoky humor :-) It's part of your beautiful balance that enables You from showing yourself in a superior role. And it helped the most - at least to me. Must be thousands of us suffering from being hurt by some kind of fake or wrong authority and it makes us sensitive for the 'topic'. It was recommended to me I needed to clean my energy, Christina has helped me to that and the results are amazing. My unbalanced chakras and things I avoided manifested into something physical I have been trying to conquer for years now, finally, FINALLY I am getting better with what I have been practicing. Turned out i've been using 3 tools already Christina...wow...never know i just being called to do so by my spirit.. ceremony..intention...decree...and since kid i already like crystal just like you...this spiritual awakening is really something. Thank you so much for bringing up that side note about plant medicine. Sometimes people don’t realize the amplitude of them and think this plants are just some synthetic drugs like cocaine or LSD that you can take by yourself. Using them without the knowledge and help of a chaman (who has work with this plant for years and learned thanks to past generations of hims/hers) is like trying to build a house by yourself with zero knowledge of architecture. Let’s be mindful and respectful with other cultures and their traditions 🙏🏻 (Sorry for any grammar mistake, English is my second language 😬)

I use oracles myself! And I did/do the same thing with crystals, keep them around me all the time! And I didn't think about it like that at the time, but a big reason was probably because of a feeling of powerlessness. So I definitely needed to hear this! Also I drum on my body every now and then, maybe I should do that more often! And ayahuasca is goals!

I love using my tarot cards and will reread my book and go over my cards lots to re connect with them! I also love using a pendulum and have had great success with mine. I am goin to check out the breathwork as this could be so beneficial for past trauma I’m sure I’m holding onto! Dear Christina, thank for the wealth of knowledge you are giving through your videos. I have been watching them over the last couple of weeks. The breathing process you mentioned has been in the yogic culture for a very very long time. I'm working on my chakras. Have felt vibration in couples of them. I’m so happy you emphasize that those things are tools and that all a person actually needs is themselves but the tools are great at assisting us. I thought of an example to help explain this idea to people... you don’t need anything to sleep. You can fall asleep outside during the day under a tree or wherever and have a nap. But a bed, pillow, blankets and darkness can help you have a good sleep. Anyways, just thought I’d pass that along. Thanks for sharing with us.
