Hi Kaki….. great info…. Question…. Almost 6 months PO gastric bypass and 71 lbs down - trying to get more exercise in, and I was walking about 2 miles a few times a week, but I live in Florida, and the weather is so hot. I wanted to know if you could share any exercise videos (you tube) you may have tried or are using. Some I looked at are a little too vigorous for me (newer to working out). Thanks for any info 😊

Hi there! I love to walk as well, but am the same way- when it is hot, forget about it! I love this channel. It is a lady who does videos with her elderly Mom and she shows modifications to make things more challenging or easier. www.youtube.com/@yes2next
