I mean when mine is naughty he is fed later than usual but he is always fed. If he behaves he gets extra treats like carrots and parsnips in his feed, he also gets it immediately after I've removed his tack or roller so he knows he worked well and so on, if he's naughty he will be fed 2 or 3 hours later when he's back in his field, but he never goes a day without a feed.

As a horse rider myself, I agree with the person above me. I don't own a horse myself but I've been going every week to a barn where I ride horses for years, and the only thing I could say can hurt the horse could be somehow tightening the girth or bridle too much, the bit hitting the horses teeth, picking their hooves the wrong way, giving them their shots the wrong way, or the bridle/halter being too small. I can also say that horses nearly never are misbehaving (at least the ones I ride). The only reason a horse could "Misbehave" is usually the riders fault, or if their inexperienced. At the barn I go to they feed the horses as any normal person would, even if the horse had been lazy or too energetic, and just like the person above this reply had said, sometimes they'll get a treat if they've been extra good. The fact that this lady hasn't even ridden a horse herself makes her statement just like the people who say that horse riding isn't exercise. Horse riding IS indeed exercise, and her statement is just like those since shes never ridden a horse before.

Some Christian traditions are vegan but Jesus most certainly was not. I don’t know if he ate pork or beef or mutton or chicken, but he definitely ate fish, or at least contributed to the death of fish. He’s not vegan.

I have sensory issues that literally make me unable to eat a huge range of foods without vomiting or feeling otherwise really bad. Most of the stuff I can eat is of animal origins... if I were to go vegan, I would starve. She's not just throwing people who need more animal proteins, or iron, or fats under the bus, but also a lot of people on the autism spectrum and with other conditions. Love the smell of ableism in the mornings, huh?

That’s one of the more infuriating aspects of her channel. I do not have a problem with vegans or vegetarians in general, but I have a huge problem with self-righteous, gatekeeping, condescending loudmouths who spout off opinions like they are some ordained universal truths. I’m not saying this is a positive trait by any means, but my first instinct when approached like that about a cause, even if it something I agree with, is to do the exact opposite in front of that person if possible and walk away. That kind of behavior usually winds up souring any potential converts, makes less militant people that support the cause feel like they have to apologize for the condescending behaviors of others, and only appeals to those that are equally zealous.

Most animals that humans eat aren't from the wild. They are farmed in factory farms. Cows don't breed themselves. A human breeds them. Same with pigs and chickens. We breed them and then we kill them. We are not dealing with an ecosystem with these kind of animals. Humans don't need meat, they need nutrients like proteins, fats, carbs, vitamins and minerals. The only nutrient you can't get from plants is vitamin B12. You can supplement B12 or eat cereal like Cheerios which is fortified with B12.

The dogs age and breed indicate it should be more lively then it is, but it always looks so lifeless and like it doesn't want to do anything. Sorry to bust bubbles but some people straight up, can never become vegan. There’s a bunch of health problems (mental and physical) that can prevent people from doing this plus food allergies that may force others away. I know some people argue that even if you’re poor, you can eat rice and beans and plan out ur meals. But the fact that it takes so much time and effort even if you can find a way to make a cheaper still proves that it is a privilege. If you’re working your butt off all the time dealing with medical debts, trying to feed a family when you have no time to grocery shop or what not. Are you this exhausted person, going to make a point you take time to make a meal plan and go to places that sells this food cheaper or just buy McDonald’s? I’ll also say this for people who don’t understand nuance(this is the Internet after all) Veganism is beautiful. There’s some absolutely scrumptious vegan foods and recipes. Veganism may very well be a good solution to help with a lot of problems. but considering that is always going to be a part of the population that’s never going to be able to then it’s clearly not the end all be all.

She's just one of those people who can't handle other people's lifestyles/opinions. What you eat is your business, not some lady on the internet who attacks everyone who eats meat. So yeah, she kinda is a fake activist.

The so called “SJW” term “gender” refers to how someone dresses, which pronouns they use, and what roles society expects them to fill. In my opinion, this should not matter at all. Unless it’s a medical situation or a reproductive one, a person’s sex should not affect their daily life at all-what job they have, how much education, if they can stay at home and take care of dependents, how they are allowed to dress (obviously some across-board restrictions there, like covering genitals, but honestly I don’t think guys should be allowed to go topless in public either. Just my opinion) and which pronouns they are allowed to use. None of these things should be restricted to “people who fit the societal standard of masculinity/femininity exclusively”, because none of these things are dictated by our genitals. Calling someone with a penis “her” won’t change the existence of that penis (as much as some people would like it to), so pronouns are more about how a person presents themselves to the world, or what the left calls gender. This is why people say “gender is a social construct”. They don’t mean “no one has genitalia”, they mean “genitalia doesn’t or shouldn’t restrict how you can interact with the world, how people treat you, and what you’re allowed to do (meaning everyone has the same consequences for taking the same actions)”. Sorry this was long, but it’s a complicated subject which I personally didn’t understand until much later than I should have. In the end, people will be weird, but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve basic human decency.
