This video saved me. Been trying to work on stupid image alignment (not available in the MS Outlook signature box itself) and never realized I could just do it in a Word table, then copy it over. Thank you!

Great video, thank you! I am encountering issues with the signature not staying in the same format when an email is opened via mobile. The picture shifts and the lines suddenly have extra spaces in between them. How do I solve this?

Worked, but when the recipient receives the email, the logo is deemed an attachment, which is s a real hassle for recipients. Any way to include the logo that ISN'T an attachment?

Hi There, last time we checked any image over 15KB in your email signature will appear as an attachment when received by GMail. Try dropping the file size of the Logo! - let us know how you go!

If you're already in the Windows world with Outlook, just make it in Word...you don't need Google anything to do this.

Don't do it in google docs, now we have a lot of different opportunities for creating proper email signatures with your contact information, photos, banners, social icons and more. Our company uses NEWOLDSTAMP for this. NEWOLDSTAMP generator allows you to create a consistent HTML email signature without coding skills, involving an IT department or third-party developers and designers.

You can do this in Word. Who would ever need 3rd party developers or designers to create an email signature? You don't even need the IT department involved.
