If you've ever added notes to a paper calendar and wondered if you could do the same thing on your iPad this video is for you. Using a simple shortcut, you can add daily notes to your calendar. Keep a diary, a journal, or just basic information in your digital calendar. It's a short video and worth a look.

Thank you can’t wait to try it will help when sitting in the doctors office waiting. You can put in the notes when you think about it instead of trying to remember and putting it in the calendar when you get home.

Hi Rich, thanks so much for that useful clip. And it is so easy to follow and to repeat the steps! - I wonder if You have an further idea, how - after a time it would be possible to export or transform the whole daily notes in a kind of journal-like document? Including photographs or other elements? And more: some people, as I do, record the locations where You are daily (google maps). It could be interesting to get a whole "volume" with all these information combined. Actually they already exist, but separatly on the iphone or ipad. Thanks for an idea or a hint
