Weakness has to be something that is not a personality trait(for example shyness, irritation,) it has to be a trait you are working on/improved. For strenghts you have to talk about an ability that is aligned with your job and an ability that would benefit them too.

I've been to 5 interviw jobs and got none. After analizing myself, I realized that I was too shy and stressed. Then I started to make spech practice, write my own sketches, practice walking and became more positive. I am applying to a call center job. The fact that ruins your interview, may be your attitude. People who look shy and scatered do not take the jobs, because they are not impressive and show off fear. People who look confident and speak clear take the jobs because they radiate happiness and are engaging.

I know na napaka lame po ng tanong ko but can you please answer po if you read it. First time ko po kasi mag apply and super duper to the highest level po ang kaba ko at wala pa po akong kilala or nakausap someone na call center agent. Thank you po.
Sa mga local accounts or centers (those based here in the Philippines), hindi strict english. Pwedeng taglish. Depende rin sa kanila. If international account, english lahat. 🙂
