I was the breadwinner. For some reason love blinded me so where I never realized that he was using me. From Shera, I learned to focus on self development instead of trying to help a man. I am not married again, but I do have a boyfriend that had done more for me in the just year then my late husband did in the 10 years we were married. The point I'm making is that a husband is not necessarily the best thing in the world.

I was dating a X-military man all he did was drink like a fish and when we fell out he would gossip to his family and friends. It was disgusting ladies stay away from men like this.
I learned the hard way. I felt sorry for my ex (who is also a narcissist) at the time. He came from a family that did not spend a lot on gifts etc. When I met him, they did not even wrap a present. To each his own, but I wanted to show him he was worth it and also how to be generous. Thinking he would learn and do the same. I gave him many expensive gifts and even paid to take him places. That same year--I bought him tickets to see three plays with us and paid to take him away. I literally received a pair of sox and a mini perfume spray (like a travel size) of the perfume I asked for. I learned an important lesson. I felt humiliated and definitely not appreciated. I didn't stay much longer after that. NEVER AGAIN is what I say.

He, had to get separate rooms f us because I told him I need my rest so I am able to skate f 10 miles. The trip was in Denver Colorado, it was beautiful. He, took me to a play and after I staged getting sick.lol. Next, day plain trip home. He, wanted to hook up as soon as we got back. I left him at the car. I told him I have jet lag, love y long time thanks f the trip.

The benefit to online dating is that you can cultivate the feeling of being wanted by having so many men online trying to message you. I was on a dating application last year and men where hitting on me in public left and right I didn't even hardly go on dates with the men I met online. Once I deleted my online dating app, men stopped approaching me in public. I think I just stopped being in the energy of feeling wanted. It was mental.
That's not good. Cause the type of men on dating sites are in general very low quality and also online dating in general is toxic from the start. I read a book called the Offline Dating Method because I was so sick of the freaks online and wanted to learn tricks to interact with men on my own area without seeing desperate, and i actually learned some very useful tips and was well on my way to attracting men on my daily routine, until an ex date pocket dialed me and we are now a couple haha so i am off the streets like god bless lol. I also recommend the book "Why Men Love Bitches".
