I already knew how to Btwist, and i already know the technique to it. but I could never land without touching my hands on the ground... i watched this tutorial, expecting to find nothing that would help me, but I was wrong. somehow you gave me the drive to get higher and kick higher. I can now land Butterfly twists.... HANDS FREE!:D Thanks!
+kee MCcall actually I'm not so sure anymore..... the reason why btwists are so hard, is because of the fear of the twisting! once you overcomd that fear, it's just like a back flip! it's just the mental block!!
Is this one of those moves that everyone can pretty much do, but they just have to follow the directions and execute it properly? Or does it require some high physical strength. It appears as though anyone could do this as long as they execute it properly.
The MixedUpMashers twist is easier than backflip. Backflip is just hard cause you're scared, human instinct to not go jump in a backflip. But a b twist doesn't feel as bad.
This is INSANELY helpful because a lot of people think the btwist is super horizontal but it feels like a vertical twist for most of the move- showing footage in first person and from a wider angle shows that, while it may feel vertical, it looks pretty horizontal if you kick your back leg up. Best btwist tutorial on RU-vid right here.
Okay. So I have a big problem. Whenever I kick back, I kick with my left foot, but whenever I kick forwards, I kick with my right foot. Now comes the problem. I can only get a controlled spin to my left. So my body is kind of fighting with itself on my technique. What am I supposed to do??? Please help! :'( D,:
Great tutorial! I've just started to land this move on two feet; yet my spin looks quite slow. Any chance you could have a look at my video and give me some pointers to improve my rotation? Thanks in advance :-)
i Have a basic of b kick = I will keep my progress commented here = Day 1 : i managed to learn 360 upperbody just like the pigmie tutorial on ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4uxX7IMleMk.htmlsi=9lwVMHhZpgJl5XUT&t=199 Day 2 : trying vertical 360 with btwist set up. Finally managed to do it on 3rd attempt but keep failing the landing causing my hand hurt but the impact lessen by the soft platform so i can still do it again Day 3 : still failing at vertical 360 setup and begun to forgot how to b kick and 360 jump and i gave up trying it again. and learning 360 from day 1 again Day 4 : finally i can do horizontal 360 with b twist setup after re learning b kick and 360 jump with the help of other pigmie;s video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QVt_THbBbEA.html
I’m so used to moving right when I bkick and I can do it pretty well but I can’t spin to my right when I btwist so now I have to relearn my bkick goin left instead

Ok am going to do like a 1 hour of attempts on the b twist on the tramp brb I will tell results so you can see how hard or easy it is for beginners your welcome:)
Can someone please help me? I have been doing the b twist for two years now and I can't land it! I practice on a couch so the environment is hard for me but that's the spot I'm confident with. The dip I can't dip low it enough. Whenever I feel like I dip low enough its not. My twist, my legs are stretched out. And it's basically not possible for me to land it. I tried my hardest, nothing pays out. I recorded myself bunch of times but I don't seem to improve. Pls help me.
Ok i need help. I have tried this trick many times in my backyard but im not getting any better. I can do the butterfly kick and the steps before the twist somehow but every time i try to do the spin i do like a 360 but slightly sideways im getting frustrated now....
