Just to add additional encouragement: I got into coding and tech at age 40 (I'm 45 now). I was in the banking industry, quit, and learned everything on RU-vid. I got a job testing software and writing automation code (you just need to learn basic JavaScript and whatever automation framework you are using)....I've been employed steadily for the past 5 years and jus got a new job paying me $80,000/year, and it's remote, and since its a start-up, they don't care where in the world I work, as long as I attend the daily morning meeting. It's life-changeing and I always tell people it is easier than you think-you just gotta put in the work to understand the languages in layman's terms. And I suck at math LOL

Where can I get more information on how to get trained. And how much does this training cost?
@gregorriusadolphus2729

@@vanessarodriquez1595 what I did wall all free...once you choose what language and framework you want to learn, go to RU-vid and start searching for the MOST RECENT videos pertaining to what you want to learn. I stress "most recent" because things update and change a lot in the tech world". Then you gotta find someone that speaks and presents the information to your learning style. Once you have that locked in, you are off to the races! Be sure to also work on little side projects to solidify what you are learning, and learn to take notes while watching the videos-it'll help the information stick better. I hope that helps! With RU-vid there is no reason to pay for any courses these days if you don't have to!

I'm retired and been working remote for the last 5+ years. I do video editing (learned it on my own) but if my path would have been different, I would have learned to code, and I still might. Imagine doing video editing and coding, that has to be a great niche! As Jose always says, "What are you waiting for?" The HARDEST thing to do is not the education, but starting it and staying with it. Good luck out there!

Jose, somehow for some reason I just saw this video. And I called the school, starting July 24th! Mucho gusto! ❤ this is something I've been looking for to do , I knew there was something out there but I couldn't put my finger on it, however, once I started watching it, I was thinking to myself tht this is so perfect for me and/or my husband to do! Xoxo, you should get some kind of kick back from this video! 🎉 Like I said before, if I should run into you, I'm gonna give you a big hug! Lol 😆 from a random stranger! Hehe

José, I hope you make some kind of commission off this Sabio company. They want a LOT of $$$ for their service. You deserve a cut for the promotion. Just saying...
@JoseArteagaTravels
@JoseArteagaTravels 2 месяца назад
Yes it says it is a paid promotional video in the video itself. Also the Culinary school i went to 15 years ago charged me 3x times as much for much less that what they are offering. Again it is not for everyone. I understand that. But if i were not doing youtube i would most likely be coding to make a living. It is a solution for some not for all. Again many big schools charge more than that per semester and you only get a few college credits. Only reason I made this video is because I think that what they offer could be a big help to many people out there for which something like this would be the right fit. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts
