The information that I have been seeking, since 2019 , is information that no one had sent me or told me about, I set out on my own personal journey and now I let others seek and follow their own journey without my controlling them as if they are a toddler.

Hello Tracy, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to let you know, I recently got promoted to a leadership role at my job (I just celebrated my one year anniversary!) and I’m in training. My training session today is focused mainly on EQ. “Lead with emotional intelligence”; “The emotional intelligent leader”; “Knowing yourself”; “Managing yourself”. I am eating this up! I absolutely love it!!!

Hi Tracy, you are such a top notch teacher! I've heard people say "stay in your lane" before but it was more of a response with a more outwardly focused negative spin (like telling someone else they need to mind their own business). But the way you explain it is more helpful and it really speaks to me because it's empowering and inwardly focused. Especially when you coupled it with the "nugget" of when we can't control ourselves we often times suppress that by trying to control others...just WOW- I never thought of that. I will definitely be using this to reach my goals. There's much more from the video that I learned but I don't want to make this comment any longer😂. Thank you so much for sharing your insights and knowledge in such a caring and compassionate way and for giving it to us a day early!😊👍💕❤️

Definitely yes to energy and boundary videos! Love the EmoIntel aspect of this video; makes so much sense. I cannot wait to put all these resolutions into practice. How about a video on how do mothers\guardians pass this info to our teens, without them thinking we are being controlling? You know sometimes whatever we do or say regarding our teens, it's absolutely invading privacy and being nosy! I want them to be high caliber too! Help!!! Thanks for the message.🌻

I do not. It's complicated. I do use it heavily with my clients. But it takes several sessions before we can really get through all of them and how they apply to them and the people in their lives.
