This is a solid list. The only one I’d add is: be competent in as many aspects of life as possible. If you want to be taken seriously, it’s a base requirement. Without it, you’re more like a teenager playing at being a man.

personally, since when i started showing boundaries, calmness, ambition, mannerism and respect to others especially when i talk to people they already see me as someone of respect and they do joke around me but usually its a compliment at the same time i hope this works to other people too especially if youre mistreated in your social group

The emotions are just like having a wild animal in the house you can control it up to a point some or more home broken others are still wild you can control it up to a point but from time to time it'll rear its head but I definitely agree we have to do the best we can to control what we can as best we can

Mate I was like why not try those and Damn, I got girls literally lining up for me , my business is kinda taking off (My tiktok is getting a bunch of views so I get a lot of sales) and people respect me and my opinion whatever the hell I say.I especially changed my walk and while some people see it as I am arrogant , its not as I improved my attitude as well and I am very nice so everyone likes me.Finally even my jawline got better and I fit in all the holes in my clothes and my arms pop out and I got them abs and chest muscles so damn, those things work.I also grew out my hair.I'm 14 btw.I'm also the shortest in my class so height doesn't frickin matter or colour cuz I'm brown aswell

I tried what you said to reverse "porn brain" but i can atmax go till 7 days i.e a week. I am not able to go beyond that.. Sometimes those instagram girls comes in between the insta reels or some of the meme pages out a girl in their reels. I fucking follow all the gym content but the reels just rarely comes back..........WTF irelapse after every 7 days please help..
