we saw this guy had hagatha in hand. he never had the time to play her. this is too much value. just remove the heal minion, zola and stonehill and put elise. and you got your infinite value.

They are highlights, and he has been or already has traveled somewhere. Could be that the highlights may not be exactly in chronological order and showing him in the different settings where he's streamed from.

I swear, it had alot of freeze, but the part that he choked on was that he didnt even empty his hand. That would've allowed for more shudderwoks not to be burnt

seriously, the stonehill defender, which clogged the hand with irrelevant taunt minions, and the Zola, which filled the hand with 9 mana shudderwocks instead of 1 mana copies, were unbelievably bad choices

Im just a rank 13 atm, but what I meant was that as a Shudderwock player, that person made way too many mistakes. Once you have the first 1-cost shudderwock you just keep resummoning it until kills your opponent, plus the fact that he had a battlecry that produced another taunt creature in his hand seemed like a pretty bad choice. Imo Shudderwock had the game won but didn't play appropriately.

Zola isn't bad in a shudderwok deck. The biggest hurdle to overcome is getting the combo started. Until you can guarantee yourself multiple shudderwoks, all you get is a pile of value, and nothing for it all. Zola, if used either on sudderwok or on grumble, can essentailly mitigate this problem If your hand is mostly empty when you play your first shudderwok (assuming you zola'd a grumble to get you success rate above 90%), you're still going to get a majority of 1-cost shudderwoks rather than 9-cost sudderwoks. In my opinion, many decks assume that if this occurs, they win if they have a lifedrinker in the pool. This isn't necessarily the case. With lifedrinker, dealing over 30 damage can take a few turns; several turns your opponent can kill you. The best solution that I've found to this problem is to add two kobold apprentices in your deck. That way, even if you missed a damage piece in your combo, you still have 9 damage per shudderwok, rather than the 3 that would be achieved in the unfortunate scenario that the shudderwok player only got one lifedrinker. In this situation, if you manage to play 10 shudderwoks in a turn, you output a total damage of roughly 180, rather than the 30 that might occur in other situations. Even if you only manage to play a few, the damage still stacks up fast. And although randomly splitting damage won't put it all toward face, missing lethal while killing off some scary enemy minions can make a huge difference. Anyway, this is just what I've found from playing my own shudderwok deck. I don't have the skill, dust, or time to reach legend, but the deck has been quite successful.

Rob Tol'vir I'm not sure what you mean. If you're saying that the animation takes too long, you can play more shudderwoks from you hand, even if the animation is still going on. Playing 10 would be difficult if your pool of battlecries was very large, but if you ignore unnecessary battlecries like ice shard, it doesn't take nearly as long.

all it woudlve done is delay the fatigue for his oppenent. He doesnt draw cards anyway/ends every turn with 10 cards so they just get milled.

That is true Bohne, but he was taking worse and worse fatigue damage. When he conceded, he was on 8 health and next fatigue was for 8. The Benedictus would have removed that time limit if nothing else.

No it wouldn't just delay the fatigue, it would have cancelled it, because each Shudderwock afer that would have triggered Benedictus' battlecry. So he could actually not lose after playing Benedictus...
