Here’s 5 steps to win over any agent your competing against:
1. Be the best at what you do.
Then you become the competition.
Michael Jordan. “I am the competition.”
2. Play your game.
Stop trying to “beat Zillow at their game.” Stop trying to beat your competition by doing what they’re doing.
Be YOU and use your strengths.
3. Forget the competition.
Competition rarely matters. 70% of sellers will only interview one agent. Focus on relationships and positioning.
4. Focus on the results your clients want and the life you want.
5. Make competition a game. Have fun with it.
Nothing is more empowering for you than when the competition sees you’re not bothered by them.
Winners are going to win. Collaborate with them and all grow.

Hey Kevin, I found a broker that has a fee of 135$ monthly and the only reason why they have it low is because they said they really care about the Agents and they also provide intensive training and coaching with non-selling managers, personal support systems, and lead generation systems, what do you think about this broker for a start? Also they give 70/30 split. Thanks

How many top producers are in their company that started with their company? You can only tell what's the truth by looking at the fruit on their tree. How many new agents have they helped make over $100,000 in their rookie year? I charge a lot more than $135/month for coaching, but I also have fruit on the tree. And I care tremendously about my peeps success.

Some Brokers only know how to buy business by discounting there fees and all they attract are the discount agents that can’t negotiate for themselves or their client and the only way they know how to get paid is to discount their clients price

Hay I have a person that I know who is starting his own business in real estate and he haves 25 plus years in doing this line of work. I quite my job so I can prosue my dreams of owning enough property to the point where I don't have to work anymore. He wants me to start off on finding the owners to apartments that are listed for rent from there he close them and give me a finders fee. I have no structure on finding leads, cold calling speaking to clients, what to say and how to say it. Its been 3 weeks since then and I haven't found anything yet. My nerves get the best of me and nothing gets done. I don't want to give up on my dreams. Please help me and give me some insite on how can your program can help me.
