To be fair to the girlfriend the tradition with lock is to write the names of the couple and the date on the lock and then you lock the lock on the bridge and throw the key over the side of the bridge. ppl need to learn to close and lock doors behind them, just saying, teacher walks out the room and you wish to make out, check the room lock the door. walk into your room and it says look under the bed, walk out the house and lock the door behind you. Get into your truck, lock the door. Also keep your keys in your hand, not the best weapon but better than being in your pocket when you are running for your life.
