Thank you Simone I’m very self aware already but idk like is their any end to my self aware level or does it just keep growing and growing that’s my thing like if I went to therapy I’d speak about mysekf no problem so it’s the fact that I’m aware but not able to deal with certain problems past self aware stage ?
