Hey thanks! I thought my Dell was infected but it was just an Edge Notifications thing from some fake company in India. Deleted the Notification permission in Edge and problem solved. Thanks again.

this is a tip to help you not get any of these ad things I got one of these and now I understand how they work. if you're downloading something and it redirects you to something like this seen at 0:45 it wants to access your notifications once it can it sends you stuff like "your pc is infected" then there's two options either "scan for viruses" or "remove malware" pressing both of them brings you to a fake antivirus and it says 5 viruses found. what it wants you to do is subscribe to the "antivirus" but when you enter your credit card info it will steal it and well do whatever they want. what I did was I turn off notifications. I hope you found this helpful!

I followed your instruction to delete all files in TEMP folder, and no antivirus popup at all for 20 minutes. It was like every two minutes before I delete them.

My friend, I have a very annoying problem. I applied the steps and it still exists, the browser opens music, advertisements and sounds without interfering from me alone, and I enter the task manager, close it opens again alone, is there a solution?

My problem is with Microsoft own's popups and notifications. Pushing me to change from Chrome to Edge now pushing me to install Adobe Flash Player 2023? Those are not regular Windows notifications. They seem to come from Microsoft themselves. Very annoying.
