Looks nice, but you're too vague with your instructions, especially for an amateur cook - I have no idea how long to leave it on the stove and at what temp - ditto the oven - you also need to include the complete recipe in your description box - transcript really isn't useful. All said, you produced a beautiful looking brisket, but gave us no practical way to duplicate it - you won't keep folks if you don't do that.
