aquarium glass is for human pleasure, and this condition is for fish pleasure, they would love this environment rather than being in a transparent glass, so lovely I will try this

Water should be kept for at least 2 days to remove toxins from cement, change water a few times before raising fish.

How often do you add salt? Does the salt affect the plants or are there special plants that adapt to the salt?

Salt should be add only once because it doesn't evaporate. Add salt in separated container for disease treatment.

What about using white cement!!! The only necessity of cement is to avoid water leakage or seepage..... White cement is easy and better to use...

Many parasites can be effectively treated with the use of salt, particularly Costia infestations. Sodium chloride (common salt; NaCl) is used to "treat" brown blood disease. Calcium chloride also can be used but is typically more expensive
