How to build a T Post puller remover tool from scrap metal : Diy welding project invention
I finally decided to build my own T post puller instead of paying $60 to $100 for one. I cut and welded a few sections of scrap metal to make this tool. This is a heavy duty puller and worked out great. I will do another test with a t post as far down as possible to see if I can remove it.
Scrap metal projects helps save money and prevents good steel from going to the land fill.

That's a nice tool to have... I know those T posts are easier to install than to remove so that tool will make it Alot easier now... Dont forget the "Made in America" decal...🇺🇸... Keep them videos coming Jorge...👍👍

I forgot the made in USA on the handle. I been really busy at work and tried to rush this video over the weekend. I need to visit the scrap yard to see what else I can find to convert into something new.

80 grit flap disc to the finger did not feel good lol. The puller seems to work fine but I need to really torture test it and see if the 3/16" flat stock holds up. These go for about 60 to 80 dollars on Amazon but this one is MADE IN THE USA. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel.

I wonder if you could us this to pull up small shrubs if you used a rope or chain to get do by the base of the plant ?

Thanks. I need to push a t post into the ground half ways and then try to pull it out and see if anything breaks. It was an easy build and came out good.

When we built ours we did not put a big base on it now we have to because the one we put on is just pushing down into the dirt on some of our harder posts And we've had to reinforce where the pivot is twice because we've bent the quarter inch metal there Hopefully your ground is not as hard as ours

The ground is very dry around this time and t-post don't budge easily. I was going to use 1/4" or 3/8" for the pivot section but only had this 3/16" flat stock. I do plan on shoving a T-post about 2 feet into the ground and will see how much abuse this thing takes. I am not sure if the bottom plate is wide enough but will find out soon.

The plasma cutter is made by Primeweld and its the CUT60. This plasma cutter can cut 1" mild steel and I had uploaded another video showing it cut 1/8 to 1" materials.

Time to torture test this tool and see if it will bend. I need to push a T post down with a tractor so going to ask my wife for a tractor.

This was a quick demonstration on the way to setup tool. I removed several T-post on my property days later and tool performed well.

YOUR POST ARNT 42 INCHES INTO THE GROUND EITHER I HAVE TRYED TO EVEN USE A track hoe and it just bent the post

Most of the T-Post I have removed are between 12 to 16 inch's into the ground and this has worked great. The video was for demonstration only but the tool is excellent. Thanks for stopping by.
