I'm really excited to be a Blackstone UK Ambassador and I can't wait to get some cooks up on the channel. Griddle cooking has always interested me but it a world I haven't dived into before so we can try out different techniques and learn together.
The build process was really simple and so is the seasoning, it just takes time. The seasoning is also one of those things that will get better with time the more you use it.

I have been wanting one of these for ages. Great video. Ordering the 28" very soon. I dont have outdoor cover so will be getting the cover for it also.

Awesome Paul. If you don't have cover then make sure you get the grill with the hinged lid rather than the hard cover. That way if you forget to cover it at some point then it should be fine

Nice! I love my 4 burner Blackstone griddle. You’ve got to cook a full Irish breakfast first!

Awesome mate, I'm really impressed with mine so far. I hadnt done any griddle cooking previously but have really enjoyed it. It's a nice way to cook

Steak is probably my non-breakfast suggestion - reckon you'd be able to get a lovely crust on it.

Hi, did you take out the smaller gas jets when you put this together, I took mine out as the mb gas pressure regulator I am using in UK is rated to 37mB, it said anything below 50 to remove the smaller internal gas jets? I have quite a difference in temp between both sides on the same grill, approx 40deg c lower on left

Did you use their own propane adaptor and connect to a calor gas bottle? Or did you use a mbar37 adaptor from calor and connect that up?

Any idea how well it will stand up to Irish weather? No Bbq shack yet but interested in one of these.

Not yet but we'll find out I guess. The cart etc feels similar quality to Weber etc so I'm sure it should last a long time

I've done one large cook on it of burgers, chicken etc but everyone seems to want to see a breakfast so I guess that's what I'll have to make the first video on!

Brilliant I'll watch with interest I've been watching the Americans and they turn out some master pieces if you haven't already check out the flat top king I'm turning 50 in January maybe an early present for me....😎 Will creative gardens stock??? Breakfast and probably fried rice gets my vote for your first couple of cooks👍

Not sure if I’m wise but I’m waiting on a Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle being delivered, the ceramic coated one. Was worried about the blackstone with our winters in NI

Happy days, I used it today for a family cook and it was great. A really nice way to cook. I guess we'll see how it survives the winter but I'll keep it well seasoned and covered and I'm sure it will be grand

I've been wanting one of these for some time now. Will they be coming to the Netherlands as well? Edit: I found my answer. They'll be shipping here as of July as well. Right on time for my birthday 😊

You don't see many breakfasts from these neck of the woods though. A full Scottish or a Ulster fry are things of beauty.

Yea, the surface is essentially like a cast iron skillet. The more you build up the seasoning... The less your food will stick and the better protected it will be

It clicks on, literally just push the adaptor onto the top of the bottle. I'm not sure there's much to show
