The complexity is a problem. But I think the bigger problem is holding back tweaking the program because I'm constantly learning more about training and the specific person and realizing the program could be better.

I struggle with this also, I’m constantly finding myself wanting to make tweaks to the program whereas I know consistency trumps all.

Just a suggestion: it would be cool if you wrote it down or some type of visual demonstration for visual learners. But thanks for the insight
