Thank you Rob!!! These days I'm trying to get as Lean as possible. I had a 35-37" waist since 2010. At the moment at 34½" and dreaming of reaching 32" which will make me around 12% body fat.

This routine makes a lot of sense when it comes to burning fat and retaining muscle, just have one suggestion could you zoom in on the text you've written on the board at some point in the video cuz it's really hard to read, otherwise your explanation is great!

yes more of this kind of content Rob! I just discovered boxing a month ago and use it as my form of cardio. doing like 3 - 5 times a week after the gym sesh and already dropping like 2-3% of bodyfat.
