@@waitertheresmoreAt my Restaurant we have to carry the Big Tray with our Fingers and there’s Dish that has a Hit Volcanic Rock with Boiling stew on it , The Problem is that it Hurts My fingers Soo Bad and it Bends My Fingers Diwn Unwillingly as I walk towards the table to the point where I could potentially drop it on my or the the guest, if you can please talk about that please , any Tips would be greatly appreciated

Im sorry to hear that! Your managers job is to make it easy for you to do a god job and if that Volcanic Rock is a risk then they need to rethink the transportation method. Suggest to your manager getting a cart for this particular dish or to carry it solo for safety.
