Thanks Joe. I am a officer here in Ga. It's been a long battle with working through this virus. As a person who likes to grill myself, it's great to see someone give back to us during these hard times for law enforcement.
The beans and macaroni salad were a perfect match to those slow smoked ribs. Made with love always shines through. A shout out to you and the officers.
Brother Joe that’s what it’s all about helping other people with the skills God gave you. Do your work for the Lord thank you so much for your service. Please stay safe and God bless bless you and your family. The ribs look outstanding
Nice job Joe! Back the Blue! My wife is a 911 dispatch supervisor. Now I'm thinking about doing this for her guys/gals.. Just because. While I don't have the set-up or experience you have, I can hold my own among weekend warriors. It's a smaller dept so I should be ok. Thanks again for your videos.
Hey Joe!....beautifully done my brother great looking Ribs and d some awesome sides we've got to really appreciate the first responders. Thanks for sharing you and the family stay safe and be good out there.
As a 31 year Sheriffs Department veteran I really appreciate your work for Law Enforcement. At this time, we need as much support as possible. Thank you.
Bless you and everyone that was involved for doing this for the police officers Joe. Love the positive and giving back nature. I need to do more, we all need to do more for our fellow Americans. Great video as always.
Great job on the ribs! And most importantly the reason you smoked all that goodness for your local first responders cudos to your neighborhood for doing this.
Thank you from a 41 year career retired officer. We had a man who did this (ribs and beans) for our homicide division every year at Christmas until he died. People like you make all the other crap we have to deal with tolerable. God bless you.

I love cooks like this Joe.. I can't wait to do cooks like this when I get my smoker back. I should have it back tomorrow..! Great video and keep up the great work.
I have the same Emeril cookware. It was made by All-Clad, I think, and we bought it at Macy's for much less than the d5 cookware. It was the best set ever. Thanks for the videos, Joe!
That’s awesome Joe. What a neighborhood you have! Hope the men in blue enjoyed that feast. Love the beans and macaroni recipe too! Hope you’re doing well and staying safe. See you tonight on the hot seat. I’m heartbroken about Phil. I think I cried for an hour but don’t tell anyone.
Hey Joe! Love your attention to detail man. Making everything look great is the first yum to the big second yum when you actually taste it! True pit master...clean equipment and organized...makes people want to eat your food. Tons of luck for you always.
nice job joe I'm cooking ribs for 13 people on mothers day i have a trager 780 pro pellet smoker any tips on cooking that many racks How do you keep that much ribs warm until you deliver them
Joe is it? Anyways that’s such a nice thing u did. You seem like a super guy. Did ya do anything to keep the ribs warm or did they just eat them as is? Even room temp or slightly warm they would be the bomb I bet. Keep smoking pal. Nice job!
All looked good aside from that macaroni salad. Well it looked good, but olives are NAAAASSSTY! lol My wife got a macaroni salad recipe from her aunt, its hands down the best I have ever had! Dont tell my mom lol. Hellmann's is the best mayonnaise btw lol Good job! Also, thanks for backing the blue!! Especially now when all social media wants you to see is negativity towards the police and the constant chants to defund them.
Hey buddy! Thanks for watching. Olives are one of those things that many people don't like, kind-of like pickles which I don't like much. Gotta back the blue! Thanks for watching.👍
Joe I have a question, how do I stop my grill grates from rusting? Is there a certain treatment I need to do? Or is there a certain grill grates I need to get? Thanks and love your channel.
Hey Philly, I wash mine after each time I use them and then spray them down with a spray oil. Any cheap sprayoil will work. Mine have never shown any signs of rust. 👍🏼
Thank you for watching. Here you go. www.amazon.com/Kutt-Japanese-Damascus-Contains-Stainless/dp/B0765VVWNX/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=kutt+knife&qid=1588820043&sr=8-5
I spoke to a few Pitmasters and my only issue with mustard was how much I was applying. All it takes is a little and it really grabs a hold of the rub. 👍🏼
I got pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use wood chips I try smoke baby back ribs on it but baby back ribs was dry and wasn't done the temperature on my pitboss is lower temperature in higher and medium temperature. Next I do can I cut my baby back ribs into party size would that be easy for me to try on my pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use wood chips
I will be trying that macaroni recipe for sure. It would be in your best interest to make sure and shake every last one of those police hands and let them know just who cooked those ribs. You know just for the next time you get pulled over. lol good deed for sure.
What did you do to keep them warm until serving time? I've made ribs that were Heavenly right off the smoker and then by the time I brought them to somebody's house they had cooled down enough where the bark with a little too tough. Did you reheat them when you got there?
Hey EZ. My pit will run pretty consistent, especially with the tuning plates in. I like to run my pit with different heat zones. Doing this gives me options and it's my favorite way to smoke. Temps are easily adjusted with the heat damper door. 👍
