Hi! Outer Tie Rod End replacement with simple tools, and eye alignment for most of cars. This job was done on Mazda 626, but it is the same for cars with similar steering system. (Toyota, Mazda, Audi, VW, Honda...)
This is my first time doing voice over please don't judge, it is difficult for me, sorry.

I like that you actually do what I do, personally; cleaning the rust and gunk off and using penetrating oil.

the turns i guess is critical. if its too much turn wheel will not align

Used penetrating oil, heat, and a 3lb mallet, even sledgehammer, and the end *would not* pop out. Then went to the store to rent the tie rod end tool, which was too short. So I ran up the white flag, not wanting to damage the boot. Fortunately, it's not too bad for now, so I'll shoot more penetrating oil under the boot, giving the oil a chance to work its way in from the vibration of driving.

Soaking with penetrating oil for few days or week should do the trick. But if that doesn't work you will need to remove whole knuckle with inner tie rod and put it on hydraulic press.(One of hard ways) P.S if its that bad give tension on tie rod as close to tr end as possible and hit with hammer directly on tie rod ball stud, but remove nut before

I think your a bit of a special tool bud He made a quick easy to follow video and he used an impact gun to speed things up a bit you still get the same result with a socket wrench your just a bit simple
