How to check the ignition cable line for the old Yamaha Jupiter MX, 135, which died and lost ignition.
the first step we have to do is check the cable path from the road spool, pulser, kiprok and 12 volt battery current after contact is on and make sure it must be in the CDI socket.
for road spool lines there are 3 cable colors:
1. white cable as charging current, make sure there is current and enter the kiprok above right.
2. The black cable is the time for the soul to make sure it is connected to the body or motor frame.
3. The yellow wire or the yellow red line is the main current for lighting the lamp and goes to the lower left kiprok.
then check the pulser and there are 2 cable colors:
1. a small white wire as a positive pulser and into the cdi socket.
2. ping cable as the negative pulser.
then check the 12 volt battery current cable after the ignition is turned on and enters the CDI socket.
And for the cdi socket it has 10 cable colors:
1. the orange cable is the ignition current that comes out of the cdi which goes directly into the coil, make sure there must be a current.
2. The brown cable is the 12 volt battery current, after the ignition is on, make sure there is current.
3. the black cable is the time when the cdi must be connected to the body or motor frame.
4. white wire is as positive pulser.
5. The green wire, the red line and the black blue line, are the engine cooling lines or the engine temperature on the thermostat or coolant line.
6.Green wire white line is as kilometer line.
7. The yellow and blue wires are the carburetor control lines.
8. white yellow line is as a path bendik or relay starter.
Then we make sure to check the output of the cdi with orange color, make sure there must be a current. And if there is no current then the cdi is damaged. And check the output current from the coil that goes to the spark plug, if there isn't it means the coil is damaged.
