"Discard the wings"...why? Edible and the same muscle as the tube! That's a waste.

@@cgrs2591 Was at a Greek restaurant last night, they skin the tube leaving the wings on, slice the tube halfway through then grill them. Must try that. Clearly no difference on the wing vs the tube taste/texture.
