How to Choose & Clean Squid Before Cooking
Ingredients:
1.5 kg of fresh squid
some ice blocks
4 tbsp of salt
6 tbsp of tapioca flour: hcws.link/tapiocaflour
lots of water
Utensils:

@CloudyWishes. It's help to absorb the fishy and slimy texture from the squid or prawns. It's also help the texture become more firm.
